Founded in 2018 by Pam Pemberton, Greatfield Hedgehog Rescue is a volunteer-led wildlife rehabilitation centre based in Okehampton — and currently the only dedicated hedgehog rescue operating in West Devon. Their incredible work focuses on the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of sick, injured, and orphaned wild hedgehogs.
